Since 2001, through a partnership, Holmes College has offered bachelor’s degree programs in addition to graduate degree programs. The Holmes College Bachelor of Business Program was established in 2003 and accredited by the Victorian Department of Education and Training in 2004, and subsequently successfully accredited by the Queensland Department of Education and the New South Wales Department of Education and Training. It is a modern educational programme in three main disciplines: management, marketing and international trade, with a focus on developing a variety of career-related skills, emphasizing business numeracy and literacy, management skills, new economic concepts, leadership, business organisation and management, social responsibility and professional ethics.

Teaching adopts a combination of critical analysis and case studies, students not only take various tests, but also do case studies and company analysis. Since 2004, Holmes College of Higher Education has entered a new era, both in terms of teaching quality and academic qualifications, producing outstanding Holmes Business students for the changing global economic environment. In addition to the College’s higher education programs, Holmes College also offers Bachelor of Applied Information Technology and Master of Business degrees in association with Newcastle University.

Holmes College welcomes students to transfer from higher vocational education to higher education and allows 50% of credits to be credited towards their Bachelor of Business degree. The general higher vocational education diploma usually counts 8 course credits, accounting for one-third of the total credits of the degree. The Bachelor of Business degree is also available on an accelerated basis. Three semesters per year, two years to get a degree. Holmes Sydney is located on York Street, just 300 metres from Queen Victoria Building. A modern office building has 6 floors for teaching and learning, and students can also consult a variety of business reference materials in the library on the 10th floor. Holmes Melbourne is located on Spring Street, directly opposite Parliament House on the corner of Little Bourke. The campus is equipped with modern facilities, and students can find reference materials for various Bachelor of Business courses in the Resource Center on the first floor. Holmes Brisbane Campus is located on Herschel Street, on the banks of the Brisbane river and within walking distance of the central business district. The campus was built in 2002 and students can access all Bachelor of Business course references in the Resource Centre.
